"Sorting and reorganizing my den/office/everything room and large closet was the job I hired Clearing a Path for. The task was too overwhelming for me. I had made many attempts over the years only to fall back to my old ways. Shoshana did a super job, and I could quit stressing over it. She is very trustworthy and confidential as well. The system she devised continues to work well for me and my family."

". . . Thank you for the 30th time for helping me with what WAS an emotional blob of a project and making it mean nothing more than large dust bunnies needing to be whisked away."

"I cleaned my desk off and it feels amazing! I set the time for 1/2 an hour, as you suggested, with the thought of whatever I get done gets done . . . and then it was finished. I am really on fire about getting the rest of this room organized/cleaned. Thanks again!"

"I can not express adequately how I feel about the transformation of my garage/mudroom!!! I feel that I can actually move/work and breathe in my own space. I know that it has not been easy working with me as I know you are used to doing it alone and your way, but thank you for being sssooo patient and a calm force. There is so much of my stuff that I need to give up. You make it so easy to let go. You really have a gift of being peaceful and being able to share it. I need to go thru some of the tubs that I have deemed 'Yeah I need to go thru that and throw it away.' I believe there are four of those (that you so neatly stacked against the wall!). You have been so accomodating and wonderful....again...THANK YOU ...I LOVE MY SPACE!"

"I showed my mom the art closet last night and she was wow'ed!!!!!!!! I found myself on Sat. morning opening the doors and smiling. Had a conversation with the kids saying that it was to be kept 'as is!!' BEAUTIFUL AND ORGANIZED. Again, THANK YOU!"

"Who would have known that what one could call an 'organizing makeover' could transform the way I feel about myself, my life, my work? And that it could make me so much more comfortable and competent to handle all three?

I’ve been a successful full time marketing professional who has raised two kids and is enjoying middle age even as my professional life is busier than ever. I thought when my children left for college I would really get organized on the home front — wrong! For some reason, things got even worse. It wasn’t lethargy, either, I was just overwhelmed by the accumulation of details and documents in my life. I read a dozen books on, and took courses in, organizing, but no matter how much I tried, they didn’t seem to work. I didn’t know everyone has a unique way of organizing and it starts in their minds. You have to acknowledge and respect that first.

That’s where Shoshana came in. I was dubious at first that anyone could help me. I didn’t need a top-to-bottom home overhaul (although I’d turn to them first if I did). I just had so-called “systems” that weren’t working, and piles of papers that, with good intentions, I tried to file. My attempts to categorize everything were overwhelming. There was either too much detail, or too little. Shoshana and Shari came in and right away, I knew they were more than up to the job. They listened, they observed, they assessed. They were decisive and experienced, but always reassuring and sensitive to my input. I was most impressed by the way they tuned in to how I processed information and the setup they recommended reflected my own style.

Shoshana and Shari didn’t stop working for nine hours straight throughout the first day, and nearly 12 hours the next. As part of their reorganizing project in my home, they suggested ways in which household objects and some furniture pieces could be realigned for improved access and a more inviting atmosphere. These were subtle but oh-so- effective changes. It’s been five months since they transformed my “stuff” into usable and up-to-date files, documents, supplies, and other arrangements in ways that makes so much sense for me they’ve been easy to maintain.

Obviously, I’m so glad I chose them. The difference in what I can get accomplished now, and how quickly I can find what I need, does as much for my mood as it does my productivity. I read somewhere that if you’re somewhat disorganized, getting organized is as good as therapy, and if you’re very disorganized, it’s better than therapy. Personally, I think it IS therapy. I’m bringing Shoshana back to “therapize” my basement — the messy, out-of-control “id” of my house. Thank you Shoshana!"
